I saw this video earlier today showing Rev. Lennox Yearwood Jr. of the grassroots organization Hip Hop Caucus (H2C) being arrested outside the Cannon Caucus Room on Capitol Hill. Rev. Yearwood was waiting in line to hear testimony given by General Petreaus regarding the war in Iraq.

I was sent this article earlier today regarding General Motors demoing their new HCCI engines. While it is by no means a solution to the problem of vehicle emissions, it certainly is a cool step forward in engine technology.

I saw this video last night on Matt’s blog; it doesn’t offer anything new but as a collection of numbers certainly allows for some critical thought.
